Impersonating??
This is something that a mate of mine raised with me. Is it actually wrong to impersonate people?
Most of the time not in their face of course, but I do it for fun. But maybe it's something I have to actually stop all together. Would you consider this slander? A lot of people find impersonating funny and so do I. But I don't want to face God one day and hear him say "why on earth did you do that'"

I don't think impersonating is wrong. But I think there is a line that can be easily crossed (and I have crossed it many times) that leads to slander. In some cases it would be helpful to stop altogether, but in most cases it's a matter of self control and common sense.

Awesome question JK.
I got to wondering about it when We Can Be Heroes and Summer Heights High were all the rage... just why is it that we (ok, I) find them so extremely funny. I suspect *part* of it is a rank condescension, a sense of superiority or control over the impersonated stereotypical characters. Yuck.
And yet I know it's not *all* that. Dividing motives. Who can do it!
