Open church sharing
I know some church's have this as part of their meeting. I actually quite like the idea of open sharing with the whole church, it's encouraging. Hearing peoples struggles and successes how God is working in their life. Though this may only work well in smaller churches.

I'm not hugely pumped for open church sharing. It's a bit cheesy, and I reckon would be a bit isolating for visiters. It's more suitable for a small group.
