The Mercury

Boy Pats Kitten

Ten year old Jason Horseshoe of Moonah has been patting his lovely new kitten koko. Jason says that patting a kitten is a very special treat. "I just love to pat my kitten koko and show him real human affection," said Jason. Koko is a fluff mountain breed, "I want to give love back to the cat community in a non threatening way," he said. Jason has been planning patting sessions with other cat lovers from around Hobart and even interstate. At this stage of life koko's diet consists of milk and honey. The fluff mountain breed is mainly found in Northern Australia but Jason was lucky enough to purchase one online. "I used to buy computer games online but now I am addicted to cats," he said. The Royal Hobart Cat Show opens this weekend with over 250 species of cats on display. Jason will be entering his cat koko in the fluff section.

As stupid as it sounds, there was actually an article in todays paper about some woman who saved some cat that was a stray at a cat home or something it was a lame story. Classic Mercury reading.

Talking of classic mercury reading, apparently there some TV show is seeking Tassie bogans - there was an article in the mercury about it. Apparently this guy reckons tassie has some of the most classic bogans:
